A preachy/juxtaposed claptrap biography I really wanted to love this book, especially since it had such great review's. I can't apologize for the 3 star rating, it just was not the great read it was promised.
I had a hard time with the preachy tone of it all. A lot of words and surface “stuff” nothing particularly deep. This should be called a book about Glennon. There is no science or education behind what she says just really her giving her opinion about things she believe is Important and what she has learned retrospectively.
This was a book composed of cheesy Instagram-worthy quotes sewn together in a preachy/juxtaposed claptrap biography.
